Site Name ( {sitename} tag)

Made some changes to define a {sitename} tag which prevents me from having to change all templates if I want to change the default page title.
It adds a "Site Name:" textfield to the Global Settings in the Admin Panel. This text is displayed by using the {sitename} tag, which I use in all the templates in stead of a hard coded page title.
