Anyone have good templates for forum module?

Does anyone have some good 'forum made simple' templates/css they would be willing to share? Not sure I am knowledgable enough to tackle this myself, but I would love to have a nice layout. Especially if a limited number of topics could be listed under the forum category on the main page (since I won't have many categories).
