CMS Made Simple Forums

I'm trying to install CMS MS and everytime there is the problem:
First of all i create a database and blank config.php file. When i start installation, at the first step there is error:
"Outgoing http connections do not appear to work! There is a firewall or some ACL for external connections?. This will result in module manager, and potentially other functionality failing." .

I turned off all kind of protection and firewall and nothing change during the installation. Please help me, i'm deasperd.

you are seing a warning. But you don't report any problem.

BTW you should reread forum rules : giving more information about your setting may help your readers support you. From your post I'm not sure you are aware of server side firewalls.
