cmsms for travel agency site

Hello:
I have been doing a lot of research on cmsms to determine if it can handle a travel agency site, much like expedia. Some of the booking engines are 3rd party links while others import from an affiliate page using iFrames. Most are table based in design. Is this something cmsms can do? If so, can I use an ajax to replace iframes? Can anyone make some suggestions as to how I should proceed?
Most of the posts I've read relate to agencies that create their own packages and don’t present the dynamic info for flight search, hotel searches, etc.
I am looking at etravel6000.com as suggested by one post, but they own the software and host it. It’s also very pricey.
I appreciate any suggestions.
