All pages coming up missing, hosting support is useless, can anyone help?

Randomly, without any modifications on my end, my site, www.vividedgemedia.com, started displaying the homepage properly, but the following error when clicking any link on the site to another page:

Not Found
The requested URL /our-videos/instructional-video-for-content-and-marketing.html was not found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
----------

In the past, this has been a server side issue, either htaccess or something else, and my hosting fixed it. No luck this time, they insist that it's on my end, even though i've made no changes. Can anyone help or suggest what i might do, or how this might have started happening randomly?

In addition, when i go to my /admin page, i get the following error:

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '<' in /home/vividedg/public_html/admin/login.php on line 137

So clearly, things are screwy, but i have no idea why and have made no changes in days to prompt this.

Main site and /admin seems to be working OK for me too.

BTW from your admin screen, looks like you have an old version of CMSMS?  It's the one with dark blue/green background and white palm tree.  If you have got to the bottom of the problems you mention, it would be worth upgrading IMHO.

Interestingly, if I ever make a duff edit to my config.php file my admin login page always reverts to this old style login screen. Odd.
