Subscription to feed

Hi,
I search everywhere : forum, forge but found anything. How I can add small icons "subscribe this feed with Google/Netvibes/Yahoo"? Currently, I have standard RSS icon, but some people just still don't know what is it. For sure, I can do it manually but it doesn't exist a plugin for that? (like SocialBookmarking)
