Use FormBuilder.  It comes with a default contact form.

Sounds like you don't even know where to put the tag. You will need to read the help section of the module by clicking on its name in the module manager.

The module you want is SimpleFeedback.

i have downloaded the form from
http://dev.cmsmadesimple.org/project/files/69 the

FormBuilder-0.5.11.tar.gz file

should i use this or SimpleFeedback you suggested, can you provide a link to download this form.

also i am new to this cms how do i install this form is it through the admin screen or ftp and after installing if i have to use the form on a page i guess in the page editor i write something like {simplefeedback} or something similar and the form will appear correct, and where does the form data go to for this form how do i specify whether the form data goes to a email or to the database.

please advice.

thanks.

Modules are downloaded from within the admin panel of cmsms, from Extensions>Module Manager>(Available modules for a 1.6 version).

Settings are specified in Extensions>Manage Simple Feedback

You put this in the TinyMCE window: {cms_module module='SimpleFeedback'}

You get this: http://mkrd.info/contact1.html
