The modify headers error is secondary, it is cause by another error popping up somwhere else, ignore those.
On the other errors: I wouldn't know, sorry.
Is there something special in the template? Did you edit and sourcecode?

What version of php is this?

I think I found the source of the errors: the Gastbuch module. Disableing it, and the errrs are gone!
I am tot that good with PhP, so I do not know hou to solve it.

As far as I know its running PhP 4.41, Apache xx, and MySQL 3.23. Its all running on Linux.
I'm not able to update one of these, because ist hosted by an ISP.

I did not modify any of the source code, just added modules and a new theme.
