Hi,

I need a static site, (with a wp blog and SMF forum on different folders) moved to CMSMS.
I would like WP anf SMF bridged to the main site.

The main content will be newsletters written by various author( they will update it themselves( so i need account access controls limited to their single page))

All these newsletter links will be listed on the front page, along with latest blog posts, and SMF forum latest posts.

Also, appropriate adsense codes on all pages and newsletters will be required.

Although you probably could do this as you describe, a much simpler solution is to have "static" content (i.e. pages) handled by Wordpress. It's very competent as a content management system for basic sites. I think you'd get this sorted if you posted on the Wordpress forums for help.
