Hi. I'm running CMS Made Simple 1.5.3 "Arecibo" and recently deleted my index.php file from cPanel File Manager v3 due to a hacker planting malware on my site. Now I'm trying to get my index page (and all of the rest of my pages for that matter) to regenerate themselves, but to no avail. When I'm on the "Pages" page, I can click on any page and it still has all of the information still written in the boxes, but even when I press either the submit button or the preview button, the actual website is always blank. Any suggestions?

Upload the core files again.

Remember to backup everything so you can re-upload any non-core modules and your uploads directory.

Blank or is the content just not displaying?
