Dont exist

Hi ive uploaded created the d/b and tried to install when i go to cmod the
- chmod 777 tmp/templates_c
- chmod 777 tmp/cache
- chmod 777 uploads
- chmod 777 uploads/images
tmp/templates_c
uploads
uploads/images... dont exist ive downloaded 3 times and still these dont exist ?in the main folder any ideaswhere or why i dont see them.thanks
