Ajax Save

Hi again,
another idea i had... i remember .11 had some ajax features on the admin permissions page. I was thinking... why not have this feature on the "edit/add content" pages...
I'm sick of every time i load up a content page and hit save the browser has to re-render the screen. With fckeditor you can imagine that isn't very fast... especially on a slower connection (like my work...). Why not have the "save" button just do an Ajax call to save the page instead of having to reload the page and all the images associated with it???
I think it's a cool idea, anyone else have a thought about that?
