I wish this would have been about CMSMS used in all its glory, but you can do so much better things with CMSMS.
Add to that at least a few tens of thousands of euros in site design and implementation and probably not donating anything to the CMSMS project and you'll realize why sometimes the people working in open source projects are being "ripped of".
Don't get me wrong, i am using CMSMS in my own projects, and i'm glad they chose it, but it makes me sad that they only chose it because it's the fastest way to the "cookie jar" (as in money. lots of money.) I mean, come on, not even pretty urls?

cmsms supports pretty urls. just modify your config.php and copy the htaccess file to the root (and modify it of course)

You missunderstood me
The site is not made by me, I am criticizing the poor use of CMSMS in the project. Cleary they could have done a WAAAY better job with CMSMS. It's not THAT hard for such an expensive oficial portal to hire some capable people (that at least know to add the pretty urls) and even donate to the CMSMS project, yet they didn't bothered to that.

this is romania at the moment .

that project probably wasted PUBLIC MONEY ... a LOOOT ....it's just how stuff is done around here ...
it simple . a guy from the guverment give the contract to a friend's company, with an enormous price and the friend returns some back as .. a gift .

and I'm not talking about little web design projects ... 120 % (hah..that means all) of all public projects in romania are 'contracted' in this matter and coruption is at it's very best....

and the worst thing is that they don't even get the job done ... they just spend the public money ... does anybody have Saddams bombs yet ? )
