Disable menu caching

Does anybody know how to disable menu caching? Any solution will work, including modifications in the source code.

I have made modifications to the source code to deliver REAL multilingual support, but with caching introduced in .12 I got problems when switching between languages in the front end. For content, I just disabled caching at the point of page creation, but I haven't found a solution for the menu.
