Just finished soschildcare.com using the same design template as my other site (propertypartner.com.au). Both sites use CMSMS integrated with a membership software for the profiles and searches.
soschildcare.com has a nifty Credentials Upload feature designed to take the awkwardness out of requesting to sight credentials. It also removes the hassle of credential-checking by simplifying and automating the process. The site features a feedback and star rating system for parents to comment on child care providers that they've hired. Childminders can also rate families they have worked for.
