Build menumanager menu - Paid

I need help coding a menu with the menu manager module. I am trying to build a menu similar to this website.(http://www.christmemorial.org/index.php?/category/faith/topic/questions/)
What I want is to have my sub-pages have their siblings listed, and if the sub-page as another page below it I want it to list its siblings along with its parents siblings. The link above should help explain this. I am willing to spend $20 via paypal.
