Too busy for my tastes - the site opens up and there are messages and boxes everywhere.

Which box is important?
What are you actually offering?
Took me a few quick page scans to find the menu, then, Google ads at the top break your horizontal menu.

Looks like a bunch of Ad sponsored click-throughs, and it would not be soon before I looked elsewhere.
