I'm having a lot of trouble with this CMS installation.  It went pretty smooth when settign the databse up and installing the app.  I was the running into an issue where the mod_security wasn't letting me submit template forms and after 2 days they finally disabled the mod_security -- templates now work fine.

I'm running into a new issue where I can't create pages.  the only 4 fields that come up are Content Type, Title, Menu Text and Parent.  I checked to make sure all files are installed correctly and they are.

any help would be great.

I am experiencing the same on a clean 1.6 install.

But in addition, I am also missing the "Parent" dropdown meny where I can select the template to use.

I am seeing a lot of these errors in the error log:
PHP Warning:  Parameter 1 to cms_module_Lang() expected to be a reference, value given in /xxxxxxx/xxxxxxxxx/lib/classes/class.module.inc.php on line 2154, referer: http://xxxxxxxxx/admin/edittemplate.php ... late_id=22

and

PHP Deprecated:  Assigning the return value of new by reference is deprecated in /xxxxxxx/xxxxxxxxx/lib/classes/class.moduleloader.inc.php on line 69, referer: http://xxxxxxxxx/admin/listtemplates.php?sp_=9170a167

Any suggestions?

There are a couple of reasons for these...

1) Not all folders/files made it to the server...

2) No {content} tag in template...

3) Previous use of content type Album or News which are no longer content types...

4) The Template choices and some other selections have been moved to the options tab so you can restrict a users ability to make these decisions...
