Translation Center is not working as described

As I am well educated person 
I followed every step which is described in the description of the new Translation Tool.
And then we waited.
I asked the sysop of the german (sub)forum and he told me that the modules have to be assigned by Ted or Robert.
And he informed, that this description is outdated: http://forum.cmsmadesimple.org/index.ph ... 639.0.html
The links in the posting to Reneh or Westis do not work either so you cannot contact them in that way
But as this posting has no chance to add answers or other info, this posting will stay sticky forever and will mislead goodwilling people like me!
I really ask the responsible Users / Devs or SysOps to update that information! To give clear information. It will help everybody!

Nothing is listed. Not after one day, not after a weekIf you are a module developer, and if you internationalised your module (= you have a lang folder with your language in it), then your module is listed in the Translation Center.
