2 jobs needed ASAP - [found someone]

Hi,
i have two jobs i need done ASAP.
1. I need one of the shopping cart modules amended to sell electronic files
2. I need the calendar module linked to a registration page so someone can click on an event then proceed to a registration form for that event.

I'll need to know cost and time-frame from you and will supply you with a detailed brief.
