[SOLVED] a 3rd column

Hi,

I have made a 3rd column in the template "left sidebar + 1 column" and the stylesheet
left simple navigation + 1 column.

I used a {contentblock}.

But then I get the text only on a certain page.

Is there a way to have this third column appear on all pages with a content-block that the user can edit?

Just a hint where to find it will do!

WHen doing what you said, you should get the extra content-block on every page that is attached to THAT specific template..

Hi Ronny,

Thanks for the speedy reaction!

But, I get a right-sidebar-contentblock for each page where I can give a different text with the wysiwyg-editor.

I would like it to be like "news" that does not change the content with the page shown.

Jan

Jan,

I dont quite follow you.... You want a 3d column, ok.

But DO you want to have different content in there (looks like you asked that in the first post), then you use a second content-block, which will be showing and editable on every page attached to that template, like {content block="second"}.

Or DONT you want different content (looks like that is what you mention in the second post), then you call another container for the right side-bar, but DONT call another content-block, but {news} or something else instead.

Hi Ronny,

I want no different content, but the same content over all pages.

The link is http://www.stajl.biz/cms154
Page 1 has some text above the three images
Page two does not have text above.

The three images are defined in the template (this is still a test),
The text is defined through a {contentblock}

Hope I am clear now.

Jan

OK....

easiest then would be putting a GCB there. You can edit the data at one place, and all the pages hanging on that template will get the GCB showing...

Thanks,

that was a little misconception from my part.
It is working like you told, you can have a look.

I have 3 prospects that are about to become a CMSms website,
have been going through it again, 1.6 is great. The graphics are super.

In august the first one will be made.

Jan
