Welsh Multilingual site

i am thinking of using this to make bilingual website in english and welsh is there a option for welsh please or if not how easy is it to add
If you search in MLE forum maybe you find other welsh sites
Welsh is not a directly supported CMSMS language, there is a tip for add a new language not present
