I have created a page directly out of Dreamweaver.  I would like to add a tag from my site though.  Is there any scripting I could add in the heading so that I could add a tag to a non-template page?

Make a template called -- Blank and only put {content} in it. Then add a page on your menu with that template and paste in your code with the WYSIWYG editor turned off (and leave it off).
