Notification - One string changed in Core translation

On commit rev5781 its changed one string in Core. Its not so easy to see this change so hence this notification.
Before:
"The modules folder is not writable, if you would like to install modules by uploading an XML file you need to make the modules folder have full read/write/execute permissions (chmod 777). Safe mode may also be in effect."
Now:
"The modules folder (and/or the uploads folder) is not writable, if you would like to install modules by uploading an XML file you need ensure that these folders have full read/write/execute permissions (chmod 777). Safe mode may also be in effect."
Please change in your language asap as this is important information for the user.
