Export whole site

Hi Everyone,
I'm working on a uni project and decided to use CMSMS for it. Now I'm in a fix because I can't give the files to the university (which we are required to do).
Can anyone help me with this?

Use
Mysqldump (for db) and
Filebackup (for files).

thanks a million blast. Just need to know also, will my lecturers need to have CMSMS to view the site? How to migrate?

If it is small site, but lots of text, I might suggest saving Print version of pages, or saving each page as PDF.
