Hi!
I would like to create a Feedback Form for a customer after I have done a project for him and want to ask him some questions. Could you help me what i could ask him? I have no idea and would be happy to hear from you.

yes, feedback about his experience working with me

- communication
- price
- time
- ...

- communication

- time
- quality of work received (yes it is open ended since they aren't as web savvy, but it could help you in the future to address issues)
- likeliness they would work with you again
- likeliness they would refer a colleague to you
- general suggestions to improve the whole process with you
- what they liked about working with you (this way you know your strengths and you can build and promote them)

That's what I can think of at the moment. More may come to me. I actually like this idea and have considered implementing it myself so I think it's a great topic. Since it isn't specifically CMSMS related I am going to move it to The Lounge.

if we could create a good basic form together, i could add it as another form to the form builder module since i have access to it
