CMS Made Simple Forums

^ I guess thats the best way to describe it. After install, the HTML editor view on the page editor appears to be missing the top and bottom bars (it has the end caps, which I can't seem to find anywhere in the CMSMS directories). Can anyone tell me where i might be able to replace that graphic for that section (top and bottom) of the editor window?
