[$50] XHTML/CSS to CMS Made Simple Coding Project

Hi there! 
This is a $50.00 project in which I need my XHTML/CSS-coded template coded into CMS Made Simple (latest version: 1.5.4).
I would like it done within 24-72 hours, if possible.
Please reply back stating whether or not you would like to take on this project.
Again, I think this one would be very easy for you, because this is only integration. The template is pretty much already finished as it is already coded into valid XHTML and CSS.
