We've just finished a construction software company website http://www.cic.com.vn based on CMSMS 1.4.1 . Here's list module

   * FrontEndUsers: 1.5.3
   * SelfRegistration: 1.2.1
   * Questions: 1.0.1
   * CGExtensions: 1.10.1
   * NMS: 2.2
   * Cataloger: 0.7
   * AjaxMadeSimple: 0.1.3
   * Polls: 0.1.7
   * MysqlDump: 1.2.3
   * Statistics: 0.9.1
   * CompanyDirectory: 1.1.5

This website have 4 Products group, we customized permission for some modules.
- Permission: if back-end user have Products group A permission, he only access to Page/Cataloger Item/Cataloger Page and News category, Newsletter list, Questions category with the same permission.
- Self registration module integrate with Newsletter module.
- Customize download, only register user can download software

This website language is Vietnamese and server in Vietnam too, so it's maybe slowly when you access. It's deployed in IIS web server and we can't rewrite URL.

You have a big performance problem. 435 queries are just too much on the start page

You have to check validity also
448 Errors on http://www.cic.com.vn/index.php?page=es ... an-don-gia

It does not deal with how slow or fast your server is, it is just about optimization of your website.
