Need to integrate new template into CMSMS [DONE]

Greetings web developers.
Our new web site has been redesigned, and we want to integrate it into cmsms.
The firm we hired to do the redesign of our web site has developed 3 themed pages. Screenshots here:

These are just mockups -- the text was just pasted there without any formatting, but you get the idea.
Anyway, on our web site, there is also a zip file (containing the 3 html files, the css, the art, everything). The url will be given to the person we choose to move the template to cmsms.
All in all, it's a pretty easy job, since the html and css is already done.
The hardest part, really, will be doing the necessary code to integrate the menus.
