Imported themes in 1.5.4 not displaying.

Hi,
I’ve installed 1.5.4 onto a few domains and all seems to be well with the default templates. Content is showing etc.
However if I try and import a theme from another CMSMS site, which I have done previously on other versions without any problems, all of a sudden the pages don’t publish at all.
Below is source from one of the pages.
Any ideas what is happening?
