Form Builder multi page forms with page break

I need to create a form using Form Builder that has multiple pages. I know how to insert a page break / continue button but I don't know how to arrange the linkage between the pages. i.e. how to set it up so that certain fields appear on the first page, and when you click the "continue ..." button, have the remaining fields appear on the following page with the "submit" button at the end. I am using a table based layout.
Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Hello
I've just been looking for this as well.
In the help files there are smarty variables that you can use to show the number of pages etc, but then it says "Dunno why you'd want some of those, but there you go...", so there must be a simpler way.
Have you found the answer?

Hi,
I use FormBuilder intensively and want help you, but I don't understand a problem. In my case, all fields that are above pagebreak field in field list of form appear on one page and those fields that a below pagebreak field - appear on next page.
Or I misunderstood something ...

Nope, 'fraid not. I haven't been able to use a single module I've installed without searching for help and asking in the forums. (Oh, tell a lie, Album worked straight away). These things may be obvious to the module writers, but not to us mere mortals...
Thanks for helping.
