Strange behaviour

Hi,
I love CMS made simple, but am having a few weird issues today and just wondered if anyone else had experienced something similar - I just upgraded and wondered if that might be a part of it.
1.) I have 4 links on one page - all in the same section - The CSS for the hover works on 2 of the links, but the other two ignore it? - ( neither have a seprerate class or anything it's really strange.)
2.) I have tried to add self-links to two places on one page. It works under one paragraph but when placed under the other it is not clickable.
It is really annoying anyone have any ideas wtf is going on?
