CMS Made Simple Forums

Hi, I'm trying to embed a video and it doesn't work perfectly, the SWF and the FLV file are on my FTP, the video appears but I can't see any control bar (play button, volume, etc). I'm using CMS Made Simple 1.5.3 and here is my code that I wrote:

Can somebody help me?

My problem is not solve, but I used the module named 'Play' and it work... If anybody know how to fix my control bar problem with embed files, it would be appreciate.
