Never mind, I figured it out.  You have to change the template from 1 Column, then save it, then reopen it, and THEN you get the two blocks for content.




How do I tell CMS that the text that follows goes in column 2?  The doc doesn't address this issue, and looking at the editor icons did not reveal any likely suspects except PAGE BREAK, and that didn't work.
