Formbuilder not valid in W3C

Hi all..
I'm a user of CMSMS v.1.5.3 with Formbuilder v.0.5.11 installed.
I can't get W3C to validate with my contact form - it's the default contact-form installed.
The html goes like this:
etc...
You can't use numbers or special characters in Id's classes etc.
How can I change it?
I've tried to alter the template, but i'm not that much of a pro regarding the codes in templates.
I can't seem to find a solution.
Maybe if anybody would be so kind to show me a clear w3c valid template, or help me on my way?
Thanks in advance
- Martin
Ps. Sorry for any misspelled words and such - I'm Danish.

I don't think your suppose to ever get name="m3fbrp__11[]" I never get [] in anything... and same with the id... id="11_2" never get that either...
here is an example
from this test page...
http://www.digitalbarn.tv/testing-page.html...
you may need to re-setup your form or do a reinstall of the mod....
Hope this helps
Cheers

Yes you can get that name because it's a bug
See
http://dev.cmsmadesimple.org/bug/view/3058 for a solution
I think it's updated in last SVN version.

Dude(s) - Thank you!
I've searched the entire Internet for a solution... Well almost I see.
Now my biggest problem is how to get my girlfriend to recognise me, after all that time on the Internet
A billion thanks !

Time has passed now, and finaly I got time to dig into the provided links.
For me it seems there's not yet any solution..
I wonder why some get these errors, and some don't ?

I'm using CMSMS Version 1.6.3 and am getting the same error plus an invalid instead of for captcha input tags:
---------------------------------------------
# Error Line 165, Column 163: character "[" is not allowed in the value of attribute "id"
…="mf085ffbrp__3[]" id="mf085ffbrp__3[]" value="" size="25" maxlength="128" />
It is possible that you violated the naming convention for this attribute. For example, id and name attributes must begin with a letter, not a digit.
---------------------------------------------
# Error Line 191, Column 94: end tag for "input" omitted, but OMITTAG NO was specified
…="3313212313132311231233231312312…
You may have neglected to close an element, or perhaps you meant to "self-close" an element, that is, ending it with "/>" instead of ">".

Here is a default install with one CMSMS 1.6.5 and the lastest formbuilder...
http://98.129.105.20/Travel-Tools/free- ... guide.html
if you go to the validator
http://validator.w3.org/check?uri=http% ... guide.html
you'll see it passes just fine...
if you look to the code you'll see it also has
Scenic Byways & Drives
in there...
