CMS Made Simple Forums

I am using CMSMS 1.5.1, using the full install, with the following modules added on:

CGExtensions
CGFeedMaker

and when I go to my Admin page, the GNU Public License Appears first on every page.

Anyone know why or ran into this problem? I have re-uploaded a fresh admin folder, and still get that error.

Is this a fresh install and this happens out of the box, or has it been working fine and all of a sudden started this behavior?

Also, you're a bit outdated.  I would update to 1.5.4 and report back if the issue continues.
