less abusive categories?

No matter how experienced You are with cms (or other things), if you are new to these forums you get the predicate n00b. I find that slightly offensive, and certainly not the way how we should call new users. some of the other titles are also, well, not-so-professional. Are there more people who feel that way, and, more important, can it be changed?
