Which Image Gallery?

Hi all,

I have designed a concept for my customer and decided to base it on cmsms. The site is under construction at http://www.littlebrookhouse.co.uk/newsite/ and based on the latest 1.5.4 version of CMSMS

Here you will see what I wish to do with a simple photoviewer, at present this is just a jpg, but you can see what i mean!

Now this concept is easily acheived using gallery2, but upon reading documentation and posts on this forum, it seems like i should abandon G2 in favour of something that works in cmsms.

I tried NeoGallery, couldn't work out how to get it working? I have thumbnails installed, can't find any documentation, let alone know whether this is actually what i want.

I tried Album, and as good as it looks, isn't what i'm looking for.

Does anyone have any idea how i can acheive this simple concept? and with which module? Please look at the url above to see what i'm after!

Many Thanks

Richard

Ok, it looks like simpleviewer is a nice mod for my purposes, but can anyone tell me if you can intergrate Simpleviewer pro into cmsms.

I'm starting to think that CMSMS is indeed a very simple cms, but what is not so simple, is not being able to find working modules to fit my needs!

:(

Hi OLaf,

Looks great! Are there any cons to using iFrame?

Thanks for your reply!

I would not use iframes for accessibility reasons and it is oh so 1970's ;-), but heh, it is up to you.

The Album module is extremely flexible, both in how it can be used and what Javascript it can be used with, just a case of fine tuning the templates.
