Modify Logon screen

Hey,

Is it possible to create your own logon screen / template ?
Is is possible to modify the standard logon screen / template ?

I'm learning as a newbie but somethings a really need some help.  ;D

Feel free to modify the login template. You will found it in admin/themes/default/ ...
