the page structure is important

1. unique title
2. unique url
3. Meta keywords and description
4. h1, h2 etc. tags
5. paragraphs
6. and

The original post before Viebig's response was spam so their signature link would get indexed. That's not how you are supposed to do seo

Since Viebig's post had some good information I am going to leave the topic and delete the original post.

Nowadays spammers are tricking me so easily...
