Hello,

I want to do the follwowing: A modul to insert events where I can enter a full page as content (like a normal content page) for each event ... than I want to insert into a certain part of my homepage a list of the upcoming 5 events and when clik one of the links, the entered content should be displayed for this event ... further, there should be an archive.

is there anything like that?
only found http://dev.cmsmadesimple.org/projects/calendar but it's out of developement and I don't need a real calendar, just a list of upcoming events based on the date...

Hm, good idea ... Than I would create a new category and let display the upcoming 5 news from category XYZ. But is this already integrated or would I have to code it myself!?

Edit: Ok didn't get it, since there's no option to display the NEXT UPCOMING 5 events

It will show the 5 newest articles with {news number="5"} or some such parameters...
