I'm running into a strange error. Today when i logged into my CMS to try to install a new module, i got a strange error when I went into the 'module manager' page....

Although a connection was successfully made to the specified module repository. It appears that this repository is not yet sharing any modules (http://modules.cmsmadesimple.org/soap.p ... Repository):

What does this mean? And how can I fix it so I can install the modules I need?

There was some site upgrades going on tonight.  See if it's still doing it -- I just tested it locally here and it's working fine for me.
