Can't log in to admin panel

Hello,
My client contacted me today stating that she could no longer log in to the admin panel of her site. I went to see what the problem was and discovered my login info no longer worked either. I changed the passwords in MySQL to no avail. Has anyone heard of this problem?

I think what he's trying to say is...
1. The post is a bit lean. What version of CMSMS? What circumstances are there? Did the host change anything? There's nowhere near enough information to help solve a problem there.
2. If things just "stop working" with no intervention on the software, then it's not going to just break. This is probably related to a hosting situation.

Look if you want us to read your mind as to what ver. you are using or what you may have done or installed since the last you logged in, that's about all the answer you can expect...
For all we know you may be using an older known vulnerable version of CMS Made Simple, so come up with some more info and we may be able to come up with an answer...
