[SOLVED] removing an email address from a contact form?

Sorry if this is the wrong place to post this.
I have inherited a CMSMS site for an organisation, and have been asked to remove a former member's email address from the contact form we have on there, as enquiries are still being sent to him.
How do I do this?

If you are using "FormBuilder" Module, go to "Extensions" --> "Form Builder" --> Choose the form that should be edited --> then there is "Send To:" or at least a field where you can see the E-Mail adress --> klick on that field and change the e-mail in settings.
