CGFeedback - Admin email notification of new posts

Dear all,

CGFeedback installed.
All features are working fine, including emailing to feedback's author, moderation, Captcha...
Unfortunateliy the 'Admin email notification to group' doesn't work (tested with all groups).
I'v checked all settings 10 times and it's not a problem with CMSMailer (tested with all addresses)...

Any ideas...? Thanks...

Regards,
Pierre-André

CGFeedback: Not Receiving Admin Email Notifications

Hey everyone. I'm having the exact same issue as the poster above. Seeing as there was no reply, I figured I'd bump this up again to revive it.

I have CGFeedback setup and working properly all around, with the exception of Admin Notification emails. After a new comment is posted, the designated group of administrators receives no email (despite testing across all available user groups). Under normal circumstances I wouldn't care, but this site requires that all comments be moderated, so I'd like to have admins get some kind of notification.

I don't think anything is wrong with the Mailer module, as I've been receiving all other notifications from the CMS core and via other modules (like FormBuilder), so I'm at a loss with what to do. Anyone encounter something similar?

SOLVED

Ok, it was my own fault. My CMSMailer was not setup properly. I thought I had setup my SMTP information properly because FormBuilder was working fine, but I guess it uses an alternate mailing method instead of relying on CMSMailer. After correcting my settings, CGFeedback works perfectly in sending email notifications. If any moderators want to mark this thread as solved, that would be great (I'd do it myself, but I didn't post the original message).
