How to get Simpleviewer Flash Gallery to work?

Hi
I've just downloaded this module as well as the Uploads module to go with, but I'm having a little difficulty actually getting the gallery to work on the front end. The file is in a .flv format and is not that big (just over 3mb) and basically the viewer will load on screen but the file will not, therefore all I get is a blank viewer. I'm not quite sure if I'm doing it right or not, but if someone know how to use this module to display FLV movies on the front end, I would be very grateful.
