Most of the sites are small - either just informative, or occasionally with small shopping carts (up to 50 items).
Basic stuff really.
I am looking for programmers who are very experienced with CMSMS, and with XHTML/CSS (tableless layouts), accessibility, web standards, cross browser compatibility and basic SEO knowledge as to how code affects search engines (so your code is as seo friendly as possible - you don't have to write content). Knowledge of CMSMS installation on a linux/apache platform is a plus.
Coders location is not important, but coder must be fluent in English since communication between us is very important.
Designers - I am also looking for someone who can either adapt existing themes to suit a clients' business model - fast, elegant and simple designs that sell the product/service more than show off the designers favourite techniques.

- photo gallery (displaying previous work with descriptions - approximately 20 images)
- services (includes pages about wood turning, wood floor installations, custom woodwork, etc.)
- products (basically a shopping cart without any purchasing ability - just featuring types of wood products they sell - approximately 25 products. example product: baseboard (4 designs in 3 sizes each. Available in oak, pine & maple. Should also link to custom baseboard page under services.) 2nd example: table (1 style, 3 wood choices).

4) Note: I will supply architecture (map of what links where) and all the starting content (text & photos). Your job would be to create the pages, and input the content and make sure the site is fully working (all content is entered, links work, site works on all popular browsers on Mac/Linux & PC, etc.)
