Please is there a module for editing content from the front end?

Please is there a module for editing content from the frontend?
I mean, do we have editcontent module or anything like it?
I wouldnt want editors to get into the control panel but log in with user permision from frontend and be able to edit the content from front end.
It may be somewhere but please pardon me and point me to it.
