how to embed neolao multi mp3 player?

Hi there,
I've downloaded a neolao multi mp3 player and have no idea where to start...I'm totally new to this kind of thing so if anyone would be willing to gently and slowly walk me through embedding it onto this page,

I downloaded these files: player_mp3_multi.swf
template_multi_1.2.1.zip
changelog[en]
I extracted the files from the .zip so now I have a folder with loads of stuff I don't understand in it.
which files should I upload to my server?
and how do I set the whole thing up?
I've already added the .swf file to my page in Dreamweaver, and I've uploaded the same file to my server, so as you can see there's a white box in the middle of my page, so where to go from here?
please explain as simply as you can though, as I said I'm new to this
